In the event of flooding, water damage or sewage backup we are equipped with Truck Mount Services, Portable Water Extractors, Temporary Heat and Lighting options and Emergency Generators. We are trained to provide Structural and Commercial Drying to minimize the damage, where possible, to your property. Using Infrared technology to provide proper and effective drying while ensuring a safe and clean environment for occupants of the building.

Sewage backup:

Sewage Back-ups are not to be taken lightly and should be considered an emergency as the water can contain viruses, bacteria and other microbes all capable of causing serious illness to the occupants of the property.

Water can be classed in three (3) categories based on the level of contamination. Each of the categories require different treatments and can change based on the length of time the water “sits”, temperature and other contaminates within the affected area.

Clean Water:

Category 1 – water from a clean source (broken water line or leaking tap)

Grey Water

Category 2 – water which may be contaminated (dishwasher, toilet overflow with urine only or a washing machine overflow)

Black Water

Category 3 – this water is heavily contaminated and any contact should be avoided (backup from beyond trap, floods from rivers/streams or standing water left untreated)
